In this hands-on experience
You’ll create Fileja, a traditional hand-rolled pasta from Calabria. This rustic pasta is fun to shape by hand and perfect for soaking up bold southern Italian flavours. Inspired by the heat and heart of Calabria, this class is for lovers of all things Calabrese!

What’s Included:

A Warm Welcome:
Begin with a signature Terra Mia cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer. (Non-alcoholic options are available)

Hands-On Pasta Making:
Learn how to make traditional Fileja pasta from scratch.

Dinner Experience:
Enjoy a family style dinner featuring the pasta made in class, served with a Calabrian-inspired seasonal sauce.
