Olivia, comes from a lineage of Canadian and Italian chefs. She developed her culinary passion alongside her grandmothers, learning cherished family recipes. Her culinary journey took her to Yssingeaux, France, where she honed her skills in French pastry as a proud member of the Ducasse Education Alumni. After working in Paris, she returned home to Canada, where she combined her event management studies with entrepreneurial ambition, founding a baking business in Niagara. Her culinary talents gained national recognition, earning her features in renowned publications like The Toronto Star. Olivia’s culinary identity is deeply rooted in her Roman and Calabrian heritage, as she passionately studies food and culture.

In addition to her culinary pursuits, Olivia is also the owner and Chef of Terra Mia Events, orchestrating memorable dining experiences and gatherings that celebrate fine cuisine and wine. She shares her love for
pasta through classes that reveal the secrets behind perfect Italian pasta-making, allowing others to savor the richness of Italian culinary traditions. Olivia’s world revolves around the profound connection between food, wine, and her heritage, offering a unique culinary journey marked by unwavering dedication, entrepreneurial spirit, and an unbridled passion for the art of gastronomy.
