During this Emilia-Romagna series, she will be showcasing and presenting the incredible ingredients and food traditions that make this region so iconic.

Begin the evening with our Sommelier and special guest, Emma Jane from Parma, as you enjoy a taste of Lambrusco alongside a curated guided tasting of Emilia-Romagna’s beloved salumi, formaggi, and regional bites.
Featuring items such as Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and more, this relaxed aperitivo experience is a chance to taste, gather, and learn more about the origins, traditions, and craftsmanship behind some of the region’s most iconic foods.
Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make Tagliatelle pasta from scratch using traditional techniques.
