Throughout this special Emilia-Romagna series, Emma will be showcasing and presenting the incredible ingredients, stories and food traditions that make this region so iconic.
FOR THIS REASON, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN-FREE OR DAIRY-FREE REQUESTS FOR THE MONTH OF JULY.
ALL DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS WILL RESUME IN AUGUST.

About This Experience
Join us for a relaxed aperitivo party celebrating the flavours and traditions of Emilia-Romagna where we will open a full wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, with Emma here to share her knowledge and talk all things Emilia.
Please note: this is not a hands-on pasta class or seated dinner. Guests are invited to sip, taste and enjoy the evening at their leisure, with additional regional dishes and cocktails available to order throughout the event.

Additional salumi, Parmigiano Reggiano, tasting boards, small plates and handmade pasta dishes will be available from our special Emilia-Romagna menu.
A cocktail menu, wines by the glass and additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
