You’ll take a step into a classic Sunday at Nonna's experience and make the famous Ligurian pasta we all know and love, TROFIE!

Begin the event by a welcome reception with our Sommelier and enjoy a Terra Mia signature cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer (non-alcoholic options available)

Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make TROFIE from scratch!

Enjoy a three course family style lunch showcasing the trofie made in class, in a classic PESTO, served with chicken picatta in a fresh lemony sauce and seasonal sides. Finish off with dessert and coffee!
