In this hands-on experience

You’ll create fraguni. Beloved Easter pastries filled with ricotta, cheese, and herbs traditional to the Region of Calabria and make Tagliolini pasta famous from Piemonte in the North. Once class has concluded, you’ll enjoy a traditional three-course Easter meal featuring favourites from north to south!

A Warm Welcome
Begin the event by a Welcome Reception with our Sommelier and enjoy a signature Terra Mia cocktail, glass of VQA wine or beer (non-alcoholic options available)

Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make some classic Tagliolini pasta 

Hands-On Easter Pastry Experience
Create fraguni (savory ricotta-filled Easter pastries with cheese and herbs).

Dinner Experience
Enjoy a traditional three-course Easter meal featuring the Tagiolini and Fraguni made in class


Inclusions
