In this hands-on experience
You’ll create classic fettuccine with a spring time twist making the famous PAGLIA e FIENO pasta! ( The direct translation is straw and hay and the pasta is green and yellow )

Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn how to make a traditional style of fettuccine , paglia e fieno ( green and yellow ) pasta
Dinner Experience
Enjoy a springtime lemon themed dinner featuing your colourful pasta made in class with Chicken picatta served in a lemony sauce and salad to finish. Wrap it up with something sweet to close out a fun night spent welcoming the Spring Season!
