In this hands-on experience
You’ll join us for A Calabrese Easter, a celebration of tradition, family, and incredible food inspired by Matt and Olivia’s Calabrian roots. Olivia’s nonna was a master of Calabrese cuisine, bringing generations together with her time-honored recipes.
You’ll create fraguni—beloved Easter pastries filled with ricotta, cheese, and herbs and make handmade cavatelli, crafted just like a true Nonna.

A Warm Welcome
Begin the event with a welcome cocktail, wine or beer upon arrival.
Hands-On Pasta Making
Learn traditional Calabrese techniques as you cavatelli by hand.
Hands-On Easter Pastry Experience
Create fraguni (savory ricotta-filled Easter pastries with cheese and herbs).
Dinner Experience
Enjoy a traditional three-course Easter meal featuring your pasta and fraguni made in class
