Start the evening with your choice of a Spritz, glass of wine, or beer

Hands-On Pasta Making
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make classic spaghetti pasta from scratch.

The Feast
After the pasta is made, sit down to a grand Roman Christmas buffet, featuring:

• A selection of Roman-style pizzas

• Spaghetti in signature Roman sauces 

• Supplì (crispy Roman rice croquettes)

• A spread of meats, cheeses, and small bites

• Seasonal salads and rustic sides

• A festive dolce finale to end the evening on a sweet note
