This hands-on experience is perfect for pasta lovers eager to expand their skills, explore regional techniques, and enjoy a delicious multi-course dinner crafted around what you make.

What’s Included:

• A warm welcome with your choice of cocktail, beer, or wine upon arrival

• A hands-on pasta-making class where you’ll learn how to:

  • Use a traditional chitarra to cut delicate, square-edged spaghetti from egg dough

• A multi-course seasonal meal featuring:

  • Traditional Terra Mia antipasto spread

  • Spaghetti alla Chitarra with your choice of Ragu or alla vongole ( clam sauce)

  • Dessert inspired by the season

• Two glasses of Terra Mia House VQA wine

• A take-home Terra Mia apron to commemorate the night
