Join us for A Calabrese Easter, a celebration of tradition, family, and incredible food inspired by Matt and Olivia’s Calabrese roots. Olivia’s nonna was a master of Calabrese cuisine, bringing generations together with her time-honored recipes.

In this hands-on class, you’ll make fraguni, a beloved Easter pastry filled with ricotta, cheese, and herbs, along with a handmade pasta - Spizzuli crafted just like a true Nonna. Once class has concluded, enjoy a traditional three-course meal including your pasta made in class.

Gather, cook, and celebrate—because in Calabria, food is family.
