Lasagna Night – A Hands-On Pasta Experience

Join us for a fun and interactive Lasagna Night where you’ll learn the art of pasta-making, featuring the classic bronze die extruder—an essential tool in creating authentic pasta.

In this hands-on class, you'll have the opportunity to cut your own pasta sheets and assemble a lasagna to take home!

Class Details:

• Pasta-Making Session: Join us in making Pasta verdi (green pasta) and cut your very own lasagna sheets. 
  .
• Build Your Lasagna: Guests will build their own lasagna with the ingredients provided. Classic bolognese sauce, bechamel, parmigiano reggiano, and take it home ready to bake.

• Three-Course Meal: Enjoy antipasti, a slice of lasagna made by Olivia, followed by dessert and coffee, all paired with two glasses of wine.

Bonus: Take home your own lasagna creation to bake at home, plus a Terra Mia apron as a memento.
