Roman Holiday – A Taste of Lazio

Join us for a special culinary journey inspired by our family's roots in the Frosinone province of Lazio, the heart of Italy’s rich culinary tradition. This exclusive class offers a hands-on experience where you’ll learn to make classic Roman dishes while discovering the beauty of traditional pasta-making tools.

What's Included:

  • Welcome Beverage & Rigatoni Cutting:

    • Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink
    • Watch and participate in cutting authentic rigatoni using our bronze die extruder, an essential tool in traditional pasta-making
    • This fresh rigatoni will later be used in a classic Roman Carbonara
  • Pasta-Making Session:

    • Learn to make fettuccine, a quintessential Roman pasta
    • Make Ciambelle al Vino, traditional Roman wine cookies
  • Three-Course Meal:

    • A full Roman feast featuring antipasti, Carbonara with your freshly cut rigatoni, fettuccine with nonnas tomato sauce, Ciambelle al Vino (Roman wine cookies), and coffee, all paired with two glasses of wine to complement the meal

Bonus: All guests will take home a Terra Mia apron as a memento of their Roman holiday.
