Zuppa and Biscotti: Italian Soup and Biscotti Experience
Join us on Sunday February 23rd for an unforgettable Italian cooking experience where we’ll dive into the world of pasta and soups. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create classic Italian pastas for soups and make your very own biscotti to take home.
What’s Included:
- Welcome Cocktail: Start the day with s crafted cocktail, wine or beer. ( mocktail options available)
- Biscotti Making: Learn how to make traditional biscotti dough and take home a batch of freshly made biscotti.
- Pasta-Making: Create delicate tortellini for brodo, and quadratti pasta
- Pasta e Fagioli: Learn to make a hearty Italian bean and pasta soup using the pasta you’ve crafted.
- Eat: Enjoy light antipasto, a bowl of tortellini made in class with Classic Brodo, a 5oz glass of house VQA wine, biscotti for dessert, and coffee
- Take Home: Branded Terra Mia Apron, Pasta Fagioli made in class, Biscotti Made in class
This class is more hands-on and immersive than our typical experiences. Guests will be standing for an extended period while learning to make biscotti, pasta, and soup from scratch. As this is a longer, more in-depth experience, it’s ideal for those who are looking to gain deeper skills and knowledge in Italian cooking.
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair for safety. Come prepared for an engaging, educational, and fun time in the kitchen!
