Florence in February: A Celebration of Tuscan Flavors with Terra Mia Pasta Classes
Join us on February 6th for Florence in February, an unforgettable evening that transports you to the heart of Tuscany. In this class, you’ll learn how to make hand-cut Pappardelle, a hearty and rustic pasta that perfectly complements the bold flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
What’s Included:
- A warm welcome with your choice of cocktail, beer, or wine upon arrival.
- Hands-on experience learning how to make hand-cut Pappardelle, an essential pasta from Tuscany.
- The star of the show: Bistecca alla Fiorentina, thick-cut T-bone steaks served tagliata (sliced family-style), accompanied by classic Tuscan contorni (side dishes), selected based on the season.
- Tuscan wine pairings selected by our sommelier to complement the rich flavors of the meal.
