• The essential techniques to knead, roll and shape two styles of pasta. 
• Learn how to make traditional tortellini and hand cut tagliatelle
• Start with a festive welcome drink crafted by our sommelier ( nonalcoholic options available) 
• Once class has concluded, sit down to tortellini in brodo
• Enjoy the tagliatelle made in class in a traditional bolognese sauce
• Holiday dessert, coffee and two glasses of VQA house wine
