Inspired by our grandparents’ journey from Italy to Canada, we have dedicated our lives to preserving the artistry of handmade pasta. As a Chef and Sommelier husband-and-wife team, we bridge the gap between tradition and modern technique. We frequently travel back to Italy to bring home authentic methods, ensuring every pasta making class we host is a true reflection of Italian culture.

Trade the office for an authentic Italian experience in our Niagara Falls pasta studio. We host exclusive corporate team-building events that bring your team together in a fun, collaborative, and private environment.

Master the art of handmade pasta before gathering at our communal table to share a full, chef-prepared dinner. We typically host between 6 to 24 guests in our main studio space.
