Welcome to Terra Mia Pasta Classes, where we host our events at Casa Mia Ristorante, our family-run restaurant proudly celebrating 40 years of culinary tradition and excellence. Nestled in the heart of Niagara, the experiences we host are a tribute to the rich heritage and flavors of Italy. Inspired by our grandparents, who emigrated from Italy to create a beautiful life in Canada, we are dedicated to sharing the hospitality, traditions and artistry of Italian cooking with our guests.
As a chef and sommelier married couple, our passion lies in preserving and showcasing the authentic Italian pasta-making process, a craft passed down through generations. We frequently travel to Italy to take classes and immerse ourselves in the culture, ensuring that we bring back the latest techniques and flavors to enhance your experience at Terra Mia. Join us and become a part of our extended family as we celebrate the timeless beauty of Italian cuisine.

Public Classes
We have an array of pasta classes and events happening monthly that are open to the public! A perfect way to spend a night out with some friends or family, for a date night or to come out and perfect those pasta skills. Choose from a variety of different classes such as Ravioli and Fettuccini, gnocchi or even a pasta shape you've never heard of!
Private Experiences
Looking to host a special event thats as unique as it is delicious? From a fun night out with friends to special celebrations we are here to help you have an authentic and wholesome experience with your friends and family! Private experience packages are available upon request with the option to customize your menu and pasta class! A perfect experience completely tailored to you!
Team Building
Looking for a unique team-building experience that goes beyond the ordinary? At Terra Mia we offer pasta classes that bring your team together in a fun and collaborative environment. Learn the art of pasta-making and enjoy your creations as a team. Foster teamwork, boost morale, and create lasting bonds with our engaging experiences. We have the capacity to host anywhere from six to thirty people! Elevate your team's spirit, one forkful at a time!
